I’m an IT engineer focused on delivering reliable, customer-first support across Windows, macOS, and Linux. I combine hands-on troubleshooting with strong service-desk discipline, providing L1/L2 help, user onboarding/offboarding, and clear technical documentation to keep teams moving.

In my recent remote MSP work, I handle Office 365 administration, VPN setup, and end-to-end support for hardware and software issues. I’ve supported migrations from local exchange to cloud-based Office 365, and I’ve worked within an ISO-27001:2022 environment—prioritizing security, process, and continuity.

Previously, I delivered remote support for mid-market solutions, resolving complex incidents across Citrix, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, virtualization, and networking. I also bring strong systems administration experience—covering Active Directory, Azure-related training, Windows Server management (including Hyper-V and RDS), backups and restore workflows, and ongoing operational health checks.
