I'm a senior commercial and business development leader with 15+ years driving revenue growth, new business, and key-account strategy for global FMCG and multinational brands across the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
At Pernod Ricard, I grew the Abu Dhabi spirits and champagne market by 7x in five years, from 13,000 cases to over 100,000 9L cases per year, building it into a $20M+ market and the #2 spirits position in the region. I also closed 30+ new long-term B2B contracts per year at a 60%+ close rate (2024/2025), while managing all sales and new business across a 10-brand portfolio.
I built and ran a business unit and route-to-market of 4 distribution hubs and three agencies from the ground up, securing and managing 6+ international events rights annually (including exclusive Formula 1 Abu Dhabi on-track and yacht rights for 2023 and 2024). I take a disciplined, data-led approach to A&P budget planning, distributor stock forecasting, and sell-in/sell-out trade decisions, while negotiating major commercial agreements with global hotel chains and clusters.
In my current role as Founder & Managing Director at Migration Global LLC, I built a B2B nearshoring advisory from scratch, helping US and international manufacturers set up and scale operations in Mexico through entity setup and IMMEX/maquiladora structuring, supported by cross-border banking and residency services. I own the full commercial cycle end to end, market research to client routing, and designed a multi-segment outbound engine supported by a partner network across multiple countries.
