What I'm looking for
I’m an E support specialist who handles inbound and outbound calls, answers customer questions, processes orders, and makes changes to customer accounts. I also support customers through email and chat, and I stay careful and responsive while managing customer requests.
Previously, I worked as a Data Entry Clerk for HomeGoods, where I attributed distros (freight orders), input how specific orders should be worked, and made sure freight reaches its destination safely. I also found missing freight, transferred freight to the correct department, and worked orders I learned firsthand when I started on the line. I’m very familiar with the computer system and I handle various tasks throughout the night.
Earlier in my career, I was a DISA Operator at Toyota Industries Compressor Parts America (TICA), operating at the beginning of the production line. I prepared lug and swash patterns with lot IDs, verified warm-up readiness, managed molds made out of sand to prevent bad parts, handled machine filters, and completed paperwork and pin checks.
