What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Data Entry or Customer Support, e-commerce, fulfillment, or operations role where I can manage orders, solve problems, support customers and teams, or enter data and contribute to efficient daily processes.

I've supported e-commerce operations at Fuling Plastic USA, overseeing daily order flow, processing QSR orders, handling shipping, and resolving order issues.

I started there as a receptionist, managing phone calls, supply ordering, and paperwork verification before moving into e-commerce customer support. I communicate with customers and teams through email, chat, and phone while supporting warehouse operations.

Across Lowe's, DICK'S Sporting Goods, Amazon, Sodexo, and Pet Supplies Plus, I've built six years of retail, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service experience in fast-paced environments.

In this role, I had minimal supervision. Independently while still collaborating with teams when needed. I oversaw the daily order flow and made sure the system and our fulfillment team were able to work smoothly together. I oversaw the returns process and all customer inquiries, supporting daily processes. Assessed when to flag issues and assessed needs adequately and professionally with care.
