I’m a hospitality professional with experience across reception, food and beverage service, and entertainment. I welcome guests and clients in a friendly, positive manner and adapt quickly to different environments.

At Paraiso Hotel, I worked as a Receptionist, welcoming guests and clients while handling incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages, and relaying them to support timely communication. I bring dedication, friendliness, and professionalism to every opportunity.

I also developed guest-facing experience as an Entertainer at Éden Resort, greeting guests and helping create a warm, lively atmosphere through crowd engagement. In food service roles at Grill Brasil and Cabana Fresca, I anticipated and addressed guests’ needs, answered questions, took drink orders, and supported smooth dining room operations—backed by my Tourism education and practical experience in hotels, resorts, and restaurants.
