What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in tourism and hospitality, especially in customer-facing, reservations, and guest-relations roles within multicultural teams and premium service environments.

I'm gaining luxury hospitality experience at Hotel Infante Sagres in Porto, supporting reservations management, rate control, hotel systems, operational tasks, and guest service processes.

I also work in public relations at McDonald's Parque Nascente, serving customers, taking and checking electronic orders, supporting events, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. As a junior researcher with CICET-FCVC / ISAG-EBS, I've conducted field surveys and audience and economic-impact studies for major Porto cultural events including Serralves em Festa, Serralves Autumn Festival, and theater events.
