At PT Ulysses Two Incorp, I designed feature improvements for KlikA2C, a P2P lending platform with loan management tools for operations teams, borrowers, and lenders. Before that, at Gravion FDS, I designed a no-code fraud rule builder so risk teams could create and implement most rules without engineering help.
At Nikel, I delivered a design system revamp in three months and designed a credit card onboarding prototype in one week for a pitch to a bank and payments network. At Otoraja Biz, I redesigned ERP and POS experiences for smartphone-first use, carried out ongoing user research, and stepped into the PM role during a leadership transition.
