Developed the MVP for Serpong Fresh's inventory system, transforming manual spreadsheet tracking to a fully systemized solution. Developed an onboarding personalization feature that led to 76% of users completing the process, and collaborated with designers to improve the Jatiper app and develop the 'Substitute Product' feature.

Developed the MVP for the Titipku Lapak application, making it easier for traditional market sellers to start selling within the Titipku app. Revamped the Titipku website to reflect changes in the business model, enhancing clarity and user understanding.

Designed and optimized the website for Suara Surabaya, enhancing usability and traffic for one of the largest radio stations in the city. Designed intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms by creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.

Supervised warehouse staff, cashiers, and shopkeepers, ensuring daily operations ran smoothly and sales targets were achieved. This role sharpened leadership abilities and strengthened understanding of customer behavior.
