At Bank Rakyat Indonesia, I design BRISPOT lending workflows and BRImo/QITA consumer banking journeys. I redesigned BRISPOT’s multi-role loan approval flow, reducing approval timelines from around three weeks to 3–5 days, while supporting national-scale credit operations.
I’ve also consolidated BSI’s post-merger design system, built banking design systems for Bank BTN, redesigned CIMB’s ATM operations dashboard, and co-founded an e-commerce startup. I turn fragmented technical requirements into clear product logic, scalable components, and practical experiences for customers and back-office teams.
