At Technova Integrasi Solusi, I was the sole designer on Arsenal, an LLM-powered dashboard for Telkomsel's Network team. I designed its forecasting and billing experience for around 60,000 tower sites.
I also designed the product's AI layer, including natural-language queries, AI-generated summaries, and anomaly explanations. Compliance views flag license adherence per site and surface upcoming bill due dates.
At Aleph Indonesia, I led end-to-end UI/UX for FIFGO, Permata e-Business, and Telkomsel Orbit's public website. For FIFGO, I revamped the loan-contract experience; in UAT, users completed the loan flow in under seven minutes with zero drop-off.
As a freelance UI/UX & Web Designer, I designed and built two client websites end-to-end in Framer. My work also includes mapping By.U's customer complaint journey and proposing feature improvements.
