What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a dynamic team where I can use my customer service, order processing, and credit and collections experience, while contributing reliable support skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

I’m a customer service and credit/collections professional with experience across customer support, order handling, and collections work. I’ve worked as a Temporary Clerk at the Electoral Office of Jamaica, an Order Processing Agent at ACS a Xerox company, and a Customer service agent for Amazon with Collective Solutions.

I’ve also owned and operated a small green grocery business, served as a Merchandiser/Customer Service Representative at Mega Mart Wholesale Club, and worked as a Conduent Credit and Collections Agent (2023 to 2025). With my CX.C studies in Mathematics, Principles of Accounts, Principles of Business, and English Language, I bring accuracy, accountability, and strong customer-first communication.
