What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that combines customer-facing responsibilities with technical automation or robotics work, in a collaborative environment that values clear communication, growth, and measurable impact.

I am a customer-focused professional with hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer service across the UK and Pakistan, backed by an MSc in Automation, Control and Robotics. I combine technical knowledge of robotics and automation with strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver positive customer experiences.

In promotional and retail roles I represented telecom brands (Three, SKY, ID-Mobile), achieved sales targets through upselling and cross-selling, gathered customer feedback to inform marketing, and supervised teams to improve satisfaction and operational efficiency. I have documented quality methodologies and presented findings to senior stakeholders during an industrial internship.

My academic work includes SLAM research (LIDAR vs RGB camera) and mechatronics projects such as autonomous waypoint navigation with ROS and Jetson Nano. I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can blend technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities to drive results.
