I collaborate with investors and managing partners to help portfolio bars and restaurants grow through strategic planning and measurable execution.
I’m especially focused on optimizing processes and improving financial performance by implementing strategies that streamline operations and raise productivity. I also work as a remote-capable partner, “Seeking virtual assistance opportunities,” to provide capital, expert guidance, and execution support from anywhere.
As Co-founder and General Manager at RBF World Market Trading Corp., I drive strategic growth and operational excellence for a trading company supplying food flavouring. I oversee procurement, sales, and logistics while using market analysis, business development, and team leadership to maximize profitability and sustain results.
