What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply retail category analytics, space planning, assortment optimization, and process standardization to improve store execution and shopper experience across cross-functional, global teams.

I've led end-to-end planogram execution for Target across 1,000+ US stores, producing 500–600 planograms per cycle and improving Checklanes shelf productivity by 11%. My work spans Snacks/Candy, beverages, promotional products, gift cards, and magazines, translating assortment strategy, sales trends, and safety requirements into consistent store execution.

Previously at Tesco, I drove ranging, assortment, and floor-planning work across 300+ Central European stores. I've built SOPs, playbooks, trackers, and dashboards; trained new colleagues; and coordinate effectively across category, supply chain, new-store, and transition teams.
