I’m looking to lead global space-planning and planogram initiatives—driving data-led layout improvements, strong compliance, and on-time delivery. I want to build scalable tools and processes that improve category performance and commercial outcomes across markets.

I’m a Global Space Planning Lead with over 16+ years of experience leading retail space-planning across major categories. I scale micro and macro execution while keeping quality, compliance, and timelines front and center.

In my current role, I hand USA, South Africa, Dominican Republic, New Mexico, and Canada markets, and manage a team of 8 Space Planners. I align space-planning strategies with business objectives by collaborating with global teams, category heads, and format production managers.

Across my work, I drive macro relay execution, oversee range reviews, maintain compliance standards, and continuously improve processes for better operational efficiency and commercial outcomes. I also maintain and update space information for over 1,000 sites, ensuring 100% accuracy in on-time submission.

My impact includes developing and implementing a ‘Planogram Availability Report’ rolled out across all markets to track readiness and identify gaps for proactive decision-making. Earlier, I led the successful elimination of third-party vendor across BENEFRUX, transitioning to in-house operations while maintaining high stakeholder satisfaction.
