I’m an HR professional delivering workforce planning, manpower analytics, and compliance frameworks for organisations from startup to 4,000+ employees. I’ve built HR governance infrastructure from the ground up—KPI systems, appraisal cycles, and Employment Act-compliant policies—while reporting directly to CEO/MD level.

At Easy Consulting, I produced quarterly workforce planning dashboards that aggregated attrition, absenteeism, headcount, and performance data via Kakitangan (HRIS) and Monday.com for decision-ready manpower planning. I designed KPI frameworks across 4 departments, authored HR policy documentation incorporating Employment Act 1955 obligations, and independently led end-to-end recruitment that filled roles in 30–45 days with structured onboarding. I also standardised the performance appraisal cycle for 16 employees, supported HRBP-led engagement and talent development, and delivered sustainability/CSR reporting by interviewing 6 C-suite leaders to identify governance gaps across RM1.5M+ in funding streams.
