What I'm looking for

I’m seeking roles where I can lead recruitment and HR operations, use analytics to improve hiring outcomes, collaborate with stakeholders, and grow into strategic HR or talent analytics responsibilities in a collaborative company culture.

I am an HR professional with hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR operations, and project coordination across corporate and agency environments. I have coordinated candidate pipelines for large clients, managed employee records and statutory registrations for thousands of staff, and supported onboarding and foreign worker compliance while driving process improvements with analytics tools.

I combine strong stakeholder communication and project execution skills with technical proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, Looker Studio and HR systems to deliver timely hires and accurate HR data.
