I've deployed and supported network solutions across 50+ Gauteng Broadband Network sites, configuring Huawei switches, VLANs, routers, DHCP, SSH, Telnet, and LLDP.
In my current Network Engineer L1 role at In2IT Technologies, I design VLANs for data, VoIP, wireless connectivity, and public IP environments. I also configure Huawei AirEngine access points and use Huawei NCE and CloudCampus for network management and monitoring.
My IT support experience includes administering Office 365 accounts, Microsoft Intune device management, Active Directory password support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and network printer access.
I've also contributed to information security work through Windows 7 audits, vulnerability assessments, endpoint updates, and risk analysis. I bring a dependable, professional approach to resolving technical issues efficiently.
