What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that values teamwork, offers growth opportunities, and allows me to leverage my administrative skills to support others.

I am an experienced Individual Assistance Program Specialist at the Department of Homeland Security, where I have been providing administrative support to managers and applicants for FEMA programs since 2017. My role involves managing daily registrations, verifying eligibility, and coordinating support for executive leadership. I pride myself on delivering exceptional service to applicants, ensuring they understand the disaster assistance programs available to them.

In addition to my work at DHS, I co-own and manage Community Care Transportation, where I maintain financial records, process payroll, and ensure accurate trip log entries. My previous experience as an Administrative Professional Level III at the Joint Forces Training Center involved supporting U.S. Army operations and managing sensitive materials, which required a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong partnerships with various organizations and agencies, enhancing the support provided to disaster survivors. I am committed to continuous improvement and finding effective solutions to challenges faced by applicants seeking assistance.
