Mckenzie Marceaux
@mckenziemarceaux
Experienced disaster recovery and case management professional focused on client-centered housing solutions.
What I'm looking for
I am an experienced disaster recovery and case management professional with a strong background in eligibility determination, housing placement, and long-term recovery coordination. I bring consistent attention to detail and compassion when supporting disaster survivors and vulnerable populations.
In my current roles I perform comprehensive eligibility reviews, maintain accurate case records, and coordinate housing placements while ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines. I routinely manage high-volume caseloads and respond to escalated housing concerns with urgency and professionalism.
As a team lead and trainer, I review colleagues' work, run productivity reports, create organizational tools, and provide procedural training and oversight. I have acted as interim supervisor and regularly collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to uphold program accountability and client outcomes.
Earlier roles in workforce services and the district attorney’s office developed my administrative, documentation, and client-intake skills, including building efficiencies with Excel and case management systems. I am motivated by problem-solving, leadership, and supporting sustainable recovery for clients.
