At Axiamatic, I lead the shift to “Services as Software” for enterprise ERP transformations, establishing product-market fit and growing HEICO from $200K to $1M ARR. I also built a Forward Deployed Product Manager team and helped scale to 20 enterprise customers.
Previously at Gupshup, I owned the CPaaS and WhatsApp roadmap, launched 15+ features, and grew key customer revenue by $15M annually. I scaled an integrated CPaaS and CX product from 5 to 1,500+ users while cutting onboarding from 80 days to 2 days.
I’ve also driven Salesforce CRM adoption across three business units at Saint-Gobain, improved enterprise subscription adoption at Cirrus Insight, and bring hands-on experience with AI prototyping, prompt engineering, SQL, R, and SFDC.
