What I'm looking for
At the core of everything I do is a simple belief that good systems make people's lives easier. Whether I'm mapping out workflows in a corporate setting or using data to tell stories for community partners, I'm always asking the same question: how do we make this work better for the people it's meant to serve? I've spent over 10 years doing exactly that across some pretty different spaces in Telecommunications, Corporate Retail, Early Childhood Education, and Politics. There, I've found that the through-line is always the same: listen well, organize the chaos, and stay focused on outcomes that actually matter. Some of my favorite work has been at Cincinnati Preschool Promise, where I managed grant programs supporting 100+ educators and saw firsthand how thoughtful program design can move the needle on equity and access. Before that, I spent nearly seven years at Comcast Business managing SD-WAN deployments for enterprise and federal clients, which is where I really learned to thrive in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. Most recently at Kroger, I got deep into billing process improvement and data integrity work that reminded me how much I love untangling a messy workflow and leaving it cleaner than I found it. I'm currently finishing my BA in Psychology (Child & Adolescent Development) at SNHU, which has genuinely changed how I think about leadership, communication, and change management. I'm drawn to the human side of organizational work: why people resist change, how trust builds on a team, and what it actually takes to get buy-in. I hold a Google Project Management Certificate and have taken coursework in Agile, programming, and data governance. I'm also relocating to Atlanta in May 2026 and actively looking for my next opportunity, ideally a Project Manager or Program Manager role where I can lead end-to-end initiatives, improve programs at scale, and contribute to work that's both well-run and meaningful. If you're building something that values ownership, clarity, and impact, I'd love to connect!
