My background combines data operations, technical support, records management, customer/user support, and administrative coordination. In my most recent role, I managed time-sensitive information across 50+ projects and 100+ files daily, maintained a proprietary database, supported users with technical issues, assisted with employee onboarding, configured software and hardware, managed user permissions, and administered CRM workflows.
