What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level IT recruitment opportunity where I can support candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and talent acquisition while growing my recruitment skills.

I'm pursuing an entry-level IT Recruiter role, bringing strong communication, documentation, online research, and record-organization skills to candidate sourcing and interview coordination.

During my MindMatrix internship, I worked independently on Android app development learning activities using Generative AI, maintained project documentation, and completed assigned work within timelines. I also developed an AI-based fresh fruit detection and shelf-life prediction system using Python, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.

I've built a foundation in resume screening, candidate shortlisting, candidate follow-up, talent pipelines, MS Excel, Salesforce CRM, and professional communication. I’m a quick learner with 70+ Salesforce Trailhead badges and a research paper presented at the ICCTDC Conference.
