What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote or part-time opportunities where I can handle recruitment sourcing and resume screening, support HR with clear communication, and manage data entry and reporting using Excel/MS Office while enhancing my skills.

I’m a B.Sc. Computer Science graduate (94%) who enjoys turning structured information into clear decisions, especially in fast-moving hiring and support work. I’m actively seeking opportunities to contribute through Recruitment Sourcing, HR Support, Data Entry, and Administrative roles.

Through academic projects, I gained hands-on experience in recruitment sourcing by sourcing and screening candidates from job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn. I shortlist profiles based on job requirements, coordinate for interviews, and focus on strong communication and attention to detail throughout the process.

I also build confidence with data handling and reporting, using Excel to create data sheets, apply formulas, filters, Pivot Tables, and charts for analysis and presentation. Alongside this, I developed a Student Management System using Java and MySQL, and I bring the same organized, quick-learning mindset to documentation, record management, and report preparation.
