At TekWissen Software, I managed the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, from requisition intake and sourcing through screening and interview support.
I built candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean and X-ray searches. I also tracked recruitment metrics and candidate activity in Ceipal ATS and MS Excel.
In my self-directed HR Toolkit for Small Business project, I created a 30-day HR setup plan and recruitment tools, including job descriptions, an interview bank, a candidate scorecard, and a stage tracker.
I also built a To-Do List Management System using HTML and CSS for the interface, with Python and SQL for task management and data storage. I’m pursuing an MBA in HR Management at Andhra University.
