I'm looking for a recruitment role where I can support high-volume hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and recruitment reporting across IT, sales, or healthcare domains.

I've supported high-volume and international hiring at International Outsourcing Consultancy across IT, Sales Executive, and Healthcare roles. I screened 1,000+ resumes, shortlisted 400+ candidates, and supported 350+ successful hires.

I source through LinkedIn, Monster, Glassdoor, referrals, internal databases, agencies, and WhatsApp groups, while maintaining recruitment trackers and reports in Excel and Google Sheets. I also bring reporting experience using Python and Power BI.
