What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR or talent acquisition opportunity where I can contribute to end-to-end recruitment, ATS management, candidate engagement, and stakeholder coordination while growing my skills in people operations and HR analytics.

I've supported end-to-end recruitment at Ananta Resource Management, sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for IT and non-IT roles.

I use Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, IIM Jobs, and other platforms to build candidate pipelines. I maintain ATS records, conduct telephonic interviews, coordinate with hiring teams, and track KPI and KRA metrics to support faster closures.

Through HR internships at CEI Design Consultancy and The Entrepreneurship Network, I handled recruitment, screening, shortlisting, phone interviews, and Excel reporting.

I'm an AI-trained MBA graduate in HR and Marketing who also brings research experience in employee motivation and engagement, along with training in advanced MS Excel and AI platforms.
