I’m an early-career IT recruiter and data-focused professional who enjoys moving fast while keeping details accurate. I’ve supported end-to-end coordination by managing candidate and client queries, scheduling interviews, and keeping timely status updates.

In my IT Recruiter Intern work at Nityo Infotech, I handled urgent onboarding and documentation issues and strengthened my escalation handling and customer communication skills. I also maintained accurate records and communication logs while collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Previously, as a Process Associate at Han Digital solutions, I performed high-volume data annotation for machine learning model training using Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth (SegMaker). I carried out QA reviews and validation checks to ensure 99%+ labelling accuracy and consistency across image, text, and structured datasets, following strict bounding and annotation guidelines.

Alongside operations and annotation, I build practical engineering and ML systems through projects. I engineered a production-ready e-commerce backend with Spring Boot and JWT-based security, and I designed a fraud detection pipeline using Random Forest with feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and end-to-end data ingestion-to-evaluation for better transaction security.
