I seek an entry-level HR or operations role where I can apply HR processes, talent acquisition, data management, and grow through hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

I am a BBA (Human Resource) graduate from the University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata, focused on HR operations, talent acquisition, and data-driven process improvements. I have practical internship experience in HR operations, lead generation, event coordination, and a consulting simulation that strengthened my analysis and recommendation skills.

My hands-on roles involved managing employee records, conducting interviews, issuing offer letters and certificates, extracting and managing leads using tools like Skrapp and Sales Navigator, and supporting event logistics and communications.
