I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruitment Expert with experience for end to end recruitment for domestic hiring, open for UK / US / Europe / Gulf Standard Time Zones. I focus majorly on SaaS platforms, product startups, and E-commerce companies, with corporate expertise in Tech & Engineering Hiring and high-volume Sales & GTM recruitment pipelines.
In my current role as Lead Technical Recruiter / Consultant at Recruz (Independent Consulting) | Remote (Apr 2024 – Apr 2026), I own business development and handle end-to-end client acquisition—negotiating commercial terms and signing SLAs. I’m the primary POC for clients, conduct intake meetings with founders and engineering heads, and manage full-cycle recruitment from screening and technical calibration to salary benchmarking, negotiations, and remote onboarding.
