Over the past few years, I’ve delivered 150% of hiring targets, reduced time-to-hire from 30 to 18 days, improved top-of-funnel conversion from 43% to 68%, and increased offer acceptance from 50% to 85%. I’ve closed 200+ hires across IC to leadership roles and built teams across India, SEA, GCC, and US markets.

I specialize in building structured, data-driven hiring systems — including workforce planning, funnel analytics, interviewer calibration, and hiring SLAs — along with leveraging AI to improve speed and decision quality. This includes GPT-driven workflows for JD mapping, candidate evaluation summaries, and interview scorecards, as well as automation-led sourcing and pipeline management.

I’ve worked extensively in remote-first and async environments, partnering closely with founders and leadership teams to align hiring with business priorities and growth stages. My approach is to treat hiring as a strategic function that directly impacts revenue, not just a support process.
