At Learnyst, I serve Premium, Business, and Enterprise B2B SaaS accounts as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers unblock implementations and adopt the platform confidently.

I lead onboarding calls and platform walkthroughs, troubleshoot technical issues, and work directly with engineering to translate customer needs into actionable solutions. I also partner on renewal and expansion planning by aligning technical recommendations with customer goals.

I've contributed customer feedback and recurring questions to product improvements, internal documentation, and scalable enablement guidance. Managing multiple engagements in parallel has strengthened how I communicate status, risks, and next steps with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Alongside customer success, I've built full-stack applications using Next.js, Node.js, SQL, and REST APIs, including a migrant labour education application for the Government of India's Yukti portal. My engineering background helps me connect product, technical constraints, and customer outcomes.
