I’m a senior product and program leader with 15+ years of experience spanning casino gaming, fintech, BPO technology, and enterprise IT. I direct cross-functional teams and deliver complex technology programs on time and under budget, with deep domain expertise in cashless gaming and funds access.
At Pavilion Payments, I lead product strategy and roadmap for Tap2Play™, integrating Apple Pay with NFC/BLE hardware (A-pods) and mobile funding via Tabapay. I author and maintain PRDs across multiple feature streams, drive sprint planning and reporting across engineering teams, and partner with operator stakeholders to deliver revenue dashboards, ATM impact analyses, and deployment analytics.
Previously at Alorica, I served as Program Director for Technology Business Enablement, directing a team of 9 project managers and acting as a primary escalation point for obstacle resolution and budgetary approvals for Capex under $250,000.
