At Fragments, I co-founded and launched a regulated real estate investment platform that enabled users to invest in properties from $50. I led client operations as the platform grew to 1,000+ active investors within its first year.
I directed product development and platform operations, coordinating support tickets and resolutions with developers. I also recruited, onboarded, and trained employees, and helped secure a distribution partnership that generated 20% of investor inflows in subsequent offerings.
Earlier, I managed 90 retail accounts at Reckitt Benckiser and supported automotive category operations across 110 hypermarkets at Auchan Retail France. At Sanofi Austria, I created sales forecasting and analytics tools to support commercial planning and reporting.
