What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fully remote customer support role where I can assist customers through phone and digital channels, follow up on requests, and work toward agreed service and sales targets. I’m available for U.S. business hours.

In banking, I managed relationships and day-to-day support for a customer portfolio of approximately 850 people. I handled enquiries and service requests, followed up with customers, and recommended relevant banking products and services.

Through relationship management and business development, I contributed to a fixed deposit portfolio of approximately ₦1.3 billion. I also maintained accurate customer information and followed service and documentation procedures.

In the insurance sector, I engaged prospects to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions. My work included prospecting, follow-up calls, needs analysis, presentations, objection handling, and sales conversion.
