I lead IT infrastructure and cloud operations at AECC Global across North India, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, building secure solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Cloud, and networking.
Previously at NIIT Limited, I supported Microsoft Teams, Azure, Exchange, Office 365, and enterprise IT infrastructure as a Senior System Administrator.
I administer and troubleshoot Exchange Online, mail flow, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, user and mailbox management, licensing, roles, permissions, archives, legal holds, and mailbox quotas. I also use PowerShell for administrative activities.
I bring experience in Windows Server 2016–2022 migration, email migration, Active Directory, system monitoring, network activities, backup and restore, and IT security operations.
