I’m an Azure Cloud & Windows Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience managing Azure cloud environments, Active Directory/Entra ID identity, and enterprise Microsoft 365 and Exchange ecosystems. I focus on uptime, performance optimization, and practical infrastructure efficiency across hybrid and cloud setups.

In my current role, I manage and maintain Azure infrastructure including Resource Groups, Virtual Machines, VNets, Azure Storage, backups, Azure Monitor, and Azure Firewall/WAF. I optimize resource performance and cost through automation and best practices, and I administer Azure Entra ID—handling user/group management, RBAC, Conditional Access, enterprise app integrations (SSO), and PIM.

I also strengthen reliability at the system level by administering and troubleshooting Windows Server environments: hardening, vulnerability fixes, OS upgrades, and patching. I oversee on-prem Active Directory services (GPO, DNS, DHCP, and certificate management) and manage virtual infrastructure using VMware, ensuring environments stay stable and secure.

On the productivity and endpoint side, I manage Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online (including mailbox migration and mail flow troubleshooting) and run Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint management. I use Microsoft Defender to monitor, detect, and respond to threats, and I build automation with scripting (PowerShell/Shell) for backup, monitoring, and performance optimization—always aiming for quick troubleshooting and root-cause resolution under SLA.
