I’m a Senior HR leader and consultant with over 10 years of experience partnering with leadership teams in high-growth, fast-paced global technology organizations. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, I bring expertise across EMEA and North American time zones to help teams execute with clarity and confidence.

My track record centers on managing HR teams and owning the full employee lifecycle—from Performance Management and Workforce Planning & Talent conversations to Employee Relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution. I’m analytical by nature, especially when diagnosing root causes of team friction and turning those insights into practical interventions.

In recent consulting and entrepreneurial work, I’m building and advising people solutions that reduce operational friction for specific communities and support technology-focused hiring through LUMENAR PARTNERS. I use a business-minded, hands-on approach to end-to-end operations: sourcing, candidate and client relationship management, and negotiation support.

Earlier, at Ubisoft, I served as a strategic partner to senior leadership and HR Business Partners across the Toronto studio, aligning people strategies to business needs. I’ve bridged cultural gaps across diverse functions, guided managers through progressive discipline and development conversations, and partnered cross-functionally with Systems, Talent, and Ops—while strengthening compliance and scaling organizational design and change management initiatives.
