Anna Berga

I am a results-oriented customer service professional with extensive experience in managing complex communication between clients and service teams. Currently, I work at Transcom Latvia on the Bolt Food project, where I serve as a Tier 2 agent, addressing unique safety cases and providing support for agents facing challenging inquiries. My role involves not only direct communication with restaurant specialists but also mentoring new colleagues, showcasing my leadership abilities.

Previously, I coordinated events at the Ukraine Center for Youth and Children in Latvia, where I developed detailed plans and ensured the successful execution of various activities. My background in volunteer coordination has honed my skills in fostering collaboration and managing diverse teams. I am passionate about creating positive experiences for both clients and colleagues, which has been recognized through awards such as 'Best Employee of the Month' at Transcom Latvia.
