What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer service or front-office role where I can lead by example, improve day-to-day service quality, and use my Excel/Office and Atlassian experience to support customers and teams.

I’m a customer service professional with experience leading teams and supporting customers in fast-paced environments across Riga and Jūrmala.

Most recently, I worked as a Team Leader - Customer Services at TRANSCOM WORLDWIDE LATVIA, and I also served as a Senior Customer Service Representative, strengthening my ability to handle requests confidently and keep service standards high.

I’ve complemented customer support with front-office and guest-facing roles, including Front Office Administrator at BBH INVESTMENTS SIA (Baltic Beach Hotel & Spa). I enjoy staying organized, communicating clearly, and ensuring every interaction feels professional and welcoming.
