I'm looking for remote, hybrid, or on-site opportunities where I can lead ERP/SaaS onboarding, resolve complex customer issues, partner with product and engineering teams, and improve adoption, retention, and service delivery.

At Serosoft Solutions, I support 10+ enterprise B2B clients on a web-based ERP/SaaS platform, owning complex JIRA issues from intake through resolution while maintaining SLA adherence and 95%+ product adoption. I lead requirement-gathering workshops, configure ERP modules, create user stories, conduct UAT, and deliver training that helps clients succeed after go-live.
