What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead business analysis and SaaS delivery work where I can translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, partner closely with engineering and stakeholders, and drive measurable adoption, product, and operational outcomes.

I've led cloud SaaS implementations for Office of the CFO teams at HighRadius, supporting global enterprises including L’Oréal, Costco, Johnson & Johnson, and Cisco. My work spans discovery, solution configuration, integrations, cutover, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.

Across HighRadius, UWorld, and Arcadis, I've translated business needs into BRDs, FRDs, FDDs, user stories, scalable workflows, and technical roadmaps. I've led cross-functional teams of up to 40 members, reduced release cycles from 30+ days to 7 days, and improved manual-processing efficiency by 20–30%.

I use SQL, Power BI, Power Query, and data modeling to turn delivery and product data into actionable insights. I'm motivated by solving complex implementation problems, driving adoption, and creating measurable value through reliable products and processes.
