At Tronexa- Scality, I work as a ServiceNow Lead and Architect across ITSM, integrations, TSM, and CMDB. I worked on Device42 ITOM integration and served as an ITSM Architect for multiple clients.
I’ve worked on client-system integrations and created an in-house Knowledge Transition scoped app using App Engine. I also developed and modified order flows and fulfillment workflows to meet business requirements.
At Veteranio - Iron Mountain, I created Performance Analytics dashboards for subscription management and built complex Flow Designer processes for asset, group, and application data certification. I was the sole developer and designer for Service Portal work, including a multilingual, multi-country HR portal.
At Teconica Softwares - ICF, I worked on ServiceNow portals, catalogs, integrations, and ITSM changes. I also contributed to an insurance product built on Java and a franchise-based website.
