I’m seeking work-from-home opportunities where I can use my customer relationship management, banking operations, and client handling expertise to support smooth loan processing, strengthen customer satisfaction, and help achieve sales and service targets.

I’m an MBA Finance graduate with banking experience at ICICI Bank in retail asset relationship management. I focus on building strong customer relationships while effectively handling retail asset portfolios and the loan journey.

In my current role, I assist customers with banking products, loan processes, and documentation. I achieve sales and service targets through engagement and follow-ups, and I coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing and responsive customer support.

I’m also recognized for performance—awarded the “Best Excellence Award in Mortgage” for 2024–2025 by the Zonal Head at ICICI Bank.
