What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own customer conversations and client relationships end-to-end, use CRM and reporting tools to improve conversion and retention, and collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues while keeping service quality high.

I manage customer interactions through calls, chat, and email at Teleperformance, using CRM tools to track leads, keep records accurate, and support sales and marketing follow-ups.

Before that, I handled end-to-end client relationships and lead nurturing through commercial roles, converting leads into repeat business opportunities and planning digital outreach to increase brand visibility.

I’ve also led teams and kept operations running through process and payroll support work—collating data, tracking KPIs, maintaining dashboards/reports, and managing tools like ServiceNow, SAP entries, and HR portal access.
