In my previous roles, I have worked as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, where I acted as the front and back end for a US-based medical office. I was responsible for authorizing and verifying patient benefits, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with patients and laboratories for orders. I also worked closely with providers to ensure proper documentation and smooth patient experiences.

Prior to that, I worked as a Medical Underwriter/Analyst at Health Maintenance, Inc. In this role, I processed reimbursement claims, evaluated and screened applications for HMO plans, and updated data on a daily basis. I have also worked as an Advisor III, Customer Service at Concentrix, where I acted as the front-end for a US healthcare insurance company. I corrected billing and account information, managed payment issues, and triaged incoming phone calls to provide the necessary assistance.
