At Microsoft, I manage enterprise Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Entra ID identity governance, virtual machines, and conditional access. I also lead email migrations using IMAP, Cutover, Staged, and Google Workspace methods.
I configure enterprise email security controls and administer SharePoint Online, Teams Phone Systems, Exchange Online, and OneDrive. I use PowerShell for tenant automation and escalation troubleshooting, and provide third-line support for mission-critical enterprise issues.
Before Microsoft, I held Technical Lead and Technical Support Engineer roles at Tek Knowledge, supporting cloud migrations and hybrid environments. Earlier, I developed responsive web applications at E-Network IT Centre and managed IT operations at Moov Africa.
