What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can track customer experiences, improve SOP compliance, analyze feedback, and support service enhancements—while working with a team that values responsibility, clear communication, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Customer Experience Officer with a strong background in customer service, promotion, and direct sales, grounded in clear communication and reliability. I handle stress well, solve problems, and keep confidential and sensitive information secure while staying organized and meeting deadlines.

Since 2022, I’ve driven customer experience at each touch point by tracking experiences, measuring compliance with SOPs, and identifying areas for improvement. I collect, track, and analyze customer feedback, document customer compliments and complaints, and log technical issues—then suggest internal improvements based on insights gathered.

Earlier, I built frontline customer relationships and revenue momentum as a Direct sales agent (2016–2018) by marketing new bank products and services, opening new accounts, processing transactions, and safely managing customer information and files. Before that, I worked as a Promoter and field marketer at Huawei (2014–2015), creating device awareness, monitoring sales across 15 shops, serving as a hub manager for the Teshie Nungua zone, and conducting competitor analysis to support brand promotion.
