At Katalon, I lead the True Platform as product group owner, rebuilding it around seven specialized AI agents and lifting new-trial activation from 4% to 30%. I lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a team of six while running weekly releases and continuous A/B testing.
Previously, I owned TestCloud P&L and drove $2M+ ARR growth, cut infrastructure costs 30% through an OEM partnership, and helped scale a new SaaS product to $1M in six months. I’ve also grown TestOps MAUs threefold, increased its ARR 300%, and aligned roadmaps across six product teams as interim Group PM.
I began as a full-stack tech lead, building data products, dashboards, and automation pipelines that eliminated manual audits. I still code in Python, JavaScript, and Go, and ship open-source developer tools with more than 9,000 npm downloads.
